JOB DUTIES工作職責
Collect daily attendance data in time, check and verify daily attendance record with departments, tracking abnormal attendance record
收集炳處理每日的考勤數(shù)據(jù),跟部門的相關負責任確認日常出勤,并跟進異常出勤記錄
Deliver attendance weekly, monthly data on time
按時處理每周、每月的出勤
Conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for organization employees.
負責公司雇員開展各類培訓項目。
Measure and improve the effectiveness of training sessions, track and analyze training programs by examining training participants' job performance.
評估以及改善培訓課程的有效性,通過培訓參與人員的工作表現(xiàn)跟蹤并分析培訓項目。
Keep training record and training materials.
保存培訓記錄以及培訓資料。

Requirements任職基本要求 :
· More than 1 year’s HR experience is preferable
1年以上人事工作經(jīng)驗
· Bachelor degree or above
本科以上學歷
· Human resource management, administrative management or related discipline
人力資源管理或行政管理等相關專業(yè)
· Good command of both written and reading English
良好的英語讀寫能力
· Familiar with Labor law, social insurance is preferable
熟悉勞動合同法,社會保險知識
· Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
熟練掌握Office辦公軟件
· Excellent presentation and summarize skills, good communication skill
良好溝通能力
