任職資格
Requirements：
1、大專及以上學歷，服裝設計或服裝工程專業(yè)
College Degree or above，majored in fashion design or garment engineering
2、10年以上服裝企業(yè)版房工作經(jīng)驗; 具制版、批版能力
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in technique department of garment factories, can make and audit paper patterns
3、有服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)手工排版經(jīng)驗，能制作、分析、審批排料圖
Have experience of making hand-set marker in garment factories, can make, analyse and audit markers
4、能根據(jù)客戶簡圖和尺寸表給比較精確的大貨用料
Have ability of giving precise bulk consumption according to customer’s style sketches and measurement charts
5、熟悉服裝生產(chǎn)工藝和流程，具備制作審批生產(chǎn)工藝單能力
Know garment production and procedure well, can make and audit the sheet of production direction-and-notice
6、熟悉服裝面輔料知識；對印/繡花工藝、洗水工藝等服裝制作各環(huán)節(jié)熟悉
Have decent knowledge of fabrics, accessories, prints, embroideries, washing and other garment production processes
7、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強，執(zhí)行力強，具備較強的團隊管理能力
Good ability of communication, coordination, executive force and team management
崗位職責Responsibilities：
1、落實和跟進制版進度
Make paper pattern schedules and their follow up
2、評版、審版，對制版質(zhì)量把關，對版型工藝、尺寸確認的準確性負責
Check and audit paper patterns, be responsible for their quality and accuracy on measurements and fittings
3、指導、培訓制版人員，不斷提高制版技術
teach and train pattern makers to improve their skills of making paper patterns
4、核批排料人員的用料圖
check and audit production markers
5、對紙樣、排料人員進行績效考核管理
make performance assessment of pattern makers and marker makers
6、跟采購部門及時溝通大貨面料實際情況，并通知和指導排料和裁剪人員做相應處理 communicate with purchase department frequently to know actual fabric status, and inform and teach marker makers and cutting department to make adjustments accordingly
7、對裁剪和縫制部門進行溝通和指導，控制大貨生產(chǎn)的實際用料
control real bulk consumption by giving directions and trainings to cutting department and sewing department
