Job Assignment:
- Utilize relevant analytical tools to follow up the goal achievement and development of the business.
- Interpret ITTC’s business results and progress in relation to goals and agreed plans.
- Provide ITTC management Team with key figures, performance indicators and analysis.
- Identify business improvement potentials as well as detect business risks and propose needed actions to ITTC Management Team.
- Secure and follow up ITTC budget and costs development and propose needed actions.
- Assume responsibility for other tasks, projects and reference groups as assigned.
- Secure the functional reporting according to common rules and deadlines.
- Secure the business area’s costs are well controlled and reduced where necessary.
- Participating the negotiation of complex contracts with superior results, including price, delivery quality, lead-times and terms.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree above, with economics and statistics major is preferred.
- At least 5 years’ related experience.
- A passion for business and share with IKEA value.
- Ability to organize, structure and prioritise numerous tasks as necessary
- An ability to see the big picture and skilled in communicating in a clear and simple way.
- Able to Leading business through people and drive the business towards efficiency
- Be a dynamic, action oriented team player that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions
