崗位職責(zé)描述
Job Description:
1. Job arrangement of day-to-day work for instrumentation room staff
2. Training, assessment, and performance review of Instrumentation staff
3. In charge of instrument performance check, maintenance, troubleshooting and inform repairing if necessary
4. Manage usage and purchase of instrument consumables, Monitor gas usage, and notify ordering of gas
5. Check the QC report.
6. Monitor TAT and result accuracy for instrumentation (after receiving from sample pretreatment) with priority to issue on result due day, or agreed timeframe
7. Following the related CAR & CAP and solving the client complaint and enquiry.
8. Review results data and components need to conduct separate.
9. Ad hoc job that is assigned by superior
任職要求：
1、五年以上化學(xué)測行業(yè)內(nèi)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗，三年以上的有機分析檢測實驗室管理經(jīng)驗；
2、熟悉紡織品、玩具、有害物質(zhì)化學(xué)分析和儀器分析工作；熟悉紡織品、玩具、有害物質(zhì)化學(xué)檢測的相關(guān)要求；熟悉紡織品、玩具有害物質(zhì)化學(xué)安全的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和檢測技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3. 熟悉ISO 17025，具有運用ISO 17025的管理經(jīng)驗
4、專業(yè)知識全面、工作能力強，有紡織品、玩具、有機化學(xué)檢測工作協(xié)調(diào)處理及管理的經(jīng)驗，能指導(dǎo)并提高部門人員的專業(yè)技術(shù)水平；
5、有凝聚力、有組織能力，能創(chuàng)造和諧的同事關(guān)系，發(fā)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的檢測技術(shù)人員；
6、有良好的職業(yè)道德及強烈的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神；
7. 流利的英文書面及口頭溝通能力
