崗位職責(zé)描述：
1. Responsible for establishing procedures,methods,programsa and layouts designed to promote manufacturing/assembly efficiency and productivivty.
負(fù)責(zé)建立流程、方法、程序和布局設(shè)計(jì)，以提高生產(chǎn)/組裝的效率和生產(chǎn)率。
2.Developing new or modifying existing methods to manufacture/assemble products ensuring that production methods meet quality,health and safety,enviromental and production standards.
建立新的或改善現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的方法，以保證生產(chǎn)發(fā)發(fā)符合質(zhì)量、健康和安全、環(huán)境和生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3.Determining the manufacturing scope for product launches.
決定生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。
4.Setting specifications,procedures and methods for sub-components and overall assemebly.
為零部件和整個(gè)組裝線設(shè)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、流程和方法。
5. Commissioning production equipment and dermining its capacity and capability prior to production acceptance.
試運(yùn)行生產(chǎn)設(shè)備決定它的容量和能力優(yōu)于生產(chǎn)可接受程度。
6.Provides training and leadership to plant personnel reguarding process and maintenance documentation.
為車間人員提供有關(guān)流程和維護(hù)文件的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。
7.Provide support on daily trouble shooting and quality improvement.
支持日常故障處理和質(zhì)量提高
8. Determining optimum plant layouts and process flow to achieve operational effectiveness.
決定最合適的生產(chǎn)布局和流程來達(dá)到生產(chǎn)的有效性。
9.Researching new process technologies.
研究新的流程技術(shù)。
10. Responsible for continous improvements of SAP system to drive quality/productivity improvement, and cost down, and drive operation excellent.
SAP系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模塊維護(hù)，推動(dòng)質(zhì)量/生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)步、成本降低和使操作順暢。
