候選者基本要求Basic Requirements：
College Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical or textile etc.

Experience in motivation, mentoring, problem solving

Good time management and organization skills

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
具精益生產(chǎn)知識(shí)
Good command of English
具有效的英文表達(dá)能力
Able to use PC based software: MS Office, SAP plus.
電腦辦公軟件使用熟練，具SAP 使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)佳。
職責(zé)Responsibility：
Coordinating production activities in workshop with the supporting functions.
與相關(guān)部門合作，組織和協(xié)調(diào)開展車間各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)；
Responsible for managing production, quality, delivery and safety.
負(fù)責(zé)車間的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、交付，及生產(chǎn)安全；
Responsible for training subordinates and developing the shift team leaders.
負(fù)責(zé)對下屬的培訓(xùn)， 及班組長的能力提升；
Responsible for addressing and resolving employees, process, and quality issues in a timely manner.
負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生的人員、工藝、質(zhì)量等事務(wù)；
Driving Lean activities and achieving manufacturing business objectives of workshop.
推進(jìn)車間內(nèi)的精益生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)，達(dá)成業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)；
Complies with and supports the EHS programs, policies and procedures.
支持推進(jìn)EHS活動(dòng)，遵從執(zhí)行環(huán)境、健康、安全的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定和流程。
注：此職位為即將新建項(xiàng)目的車間的主管。
