候選者基本要求Basic Requirements：
College Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical or textile etc.

Experience in motivation, mentoring, problem solving
具激勵、指導、問題解決等管理經驗
Good time management and organization skills
良好的時間管理和組織協(xié)調能力
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
具精益生產知識
Good command of English
具有效的英文表達能力
Able to use PC based software: MS Office, SAP plus.
電腦辦公軟件使用熟練，具SAP 使用經驗佳。
職責Responsibility：
Coordinating production activities in workshop with the supporting functions.
與相關部門合作，組織和協(xié)調開展車間各項生產活動；
Responsible for managing production, quality, delivery and safety.
負責車間的生產產量、產品質量、交付，及生產安全；
Responsible for training subordinates and developing the shift team leaders.
負責對下屬的培訓， 及班組長的能力提升；
Responsible for addressing and resolving employees, process, and quality issues in a timely manner.
負責及時發(fā)現和解決生產過程中發(fā)生的人員、工藝、質量等事務；
Driving Lean activities and achieving manufacturing business objectives of workshop.
推進車間內的精益生產活動，達成業(yè)務指標；
Complies with and supports the EHS programs, policies and procedures.
支持推進EHS活動，遵從執(zhí)行環(huán)境、健康、安全的各項規(guī)定和流程。
注：此職位為即將新建項目的車間的主管。
