GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Generate and ute innovative ideas in textile garment design(紡織服裝設(shè)計) with different fabric contented spandex and other fibers.
2.Create value through garment evaluation(服裝評估) with different garment engineering（服裝工程學(xué)） analysis technology.
3.Develop and create new garment engineering analysis（服裝工程分析） method to demonstrate the value of fiber and fabric.
4.Cooperate with Marketing and T&MD team to develop Value in Use of new developed fiber in garment.
5.Interact with leadership (utives) to advance and promote new product development internally and externally with our brand/retail/supply chain partners.
6.Deliver development projects within timeline and budget.
7.Provide technical support to global technology initiatives in Asia Pacific region.
8.Be able to develop intellectual property (patents).
QUALIFICATIONS
1.A minimum of a MS degree in a relevant field of textile Industry or Academy (Textile garment design, garment engineering紡織服裝工程與設(shè)計). An Advanced degree (Ph.D) is desired but not a must.
2.Familiar with garment structure design, garment engineering成衣設(shè)計與工程學(xué) and relative analysis methods.
3.Have the knowledge of fabric technology, and/or fabric processing, fiber property. Experience gained during relevant academic studies will be considered.
4.Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese; competency in Cantonese would be an additional advantage.
5.Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis.
