崗位職責描述
1.負責新供應商開發(fā)和評估。
You will be responsible for new supplier development and evaluation.
2.跟蹤物料問題和檢驗。
Follow up the material issue and verify if the corrective action is put in place to fix the material issue.
3.簡歷穩(wěn)固的契合質量程序和要求的供應鏈。
Work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.
4.建立供應商檢驗體系。
Building inspection system in supplier side.
5.依據(jù)供應商的質量/發(fā)貨/服務標準評定供應商等級，開列出5個最差供應商并做物料質量提升。
Perform monthly supplier rating according to supplier quality/delivery/service,drive worst 5 supplisers to do the improvement on the material quality.
6.嚴格控制供應商零部件質量，運用測量工具檢查質量，并在控制供應商質量方面做出指導。
Strictly control the quality components made by suppliers,check the quality by using measurement tools correctly as a coach for supplier quality controller.
7. 與相關的采購部門一起審計供應商。
New supplier audit,together with responsible sourcing.
8. 對售后服務、組裝線和來料檢驗中的重要退件，進行深層次檢驗并進行原因調查；準備有關物料拒收帕累托分析以及失效分析并采取正確的預防性措施。
Deeper investigate the important rejected parts and their root cause, in after sales service,assembly and incoming inspection; prepare rejection pareto and failure analysis.Take corrective and preventive actions.
9.協(xié)助采購工程師，保證主要供應商達到質量目標。
Working together with sourcing engineer, Achieve quality target for Key Suppliers.
10.解決客戶投訴的供應商零部件問題。
Solve in supplier side for component issue when get customer complain.
11.為重要部件準備檢驗清單和測試指導。
Prepare the check list for critical parts and inspector coaching.
12.Supporting Technology Development department on quailty issues and DFX.
在質量和DFX方面支持技術研發(fā)部。
13.提交有關供應商交貨質量、失敗分析等的相關報告。
Related reports regarding supplier delivery quality,failure analysis etc.
14.其他交辦的事情。
Any other duties may be directed.
