MAIN TASKS 主要工作職責(zé) :
1. In charge of an assigned group of clients 負(fù)責(zé)分配到的客戶
2. Follows orders placed by client 處理客戶訂單
3. Ensure sales procedures with client 確保對(duì)客戶的銷售環(huán)節(jié)完成
DETAILS 具體工作內(nèi)容 :
1. Order study and prompt confirmation 了解客戶訂貨要求
2. Confirmation of the specification sheets of ordered products 同客人確認(rèn)所訂產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求
3. Coordinate product definition with Product Manager 同產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理確定產(chǎn)品規(guī)格無(wú)誤
4. Updates definition according to client's wishes 根據(jù)客戶的要求實(shí)時(shí)更新規(guī)格單
5. Communicate technical improvements to client 及時(shí)同客戶溝通產(chǎn)品上的技術(shù)變動(dòng)
6. Negotiation of pricing with client and purchasing 同客戶議價(jià)并確定訂單條款
7. Confirmation of pricing and payment terms with client 同客戶確認(rèn)價(jià)格及付款條件
8. Confirmation of production lead-time 確認(rèn)交期
9. Issuance of Proforma Invoice for client's confirmation 制作PI與客戶確認(rèn)訂單
10. Coordinate order planning with Purchasing 協(xié)同采購(gòu)確定下單計(jì)劃
11. Gather logistics details from client (forwarder information) 同客戶溝通物流細(xì)節(jié)(貨代信息)
12. Discuss specific quality arrangement with client 對(duì)客戶的特殊質(zhì)量要求達(dá)成協(xié)議
13. Discuss packing details with client 同客戶確定裝箱細(xì)節(jié)
14. Send pictures or samples for client's approval 發(fā)樣品照片或?qū)嵨锝o客戶確認(rèn)
15. Transfers shipping documents to client 發(fā)送發(fā)貨文件給客人
16. Follows cutomer satisfaction and guides toward other products 及時(shí)進(jìn)行回訪并詢問后續(xù)訂單
