?Responsible for managing the key brand and retailor accounts; fully leverage resources to value sell the tangible/intangible product/service to customers throughout the value chain.

?Develop detailed, utable account plan based on the understanding of the market dynamic and deliver the account plan to hit the specification and sales target.

?Aligned with business strategy, implement the local programs with local mills, brands and retailers. I.e. the innovation concepts roll out.

?Work closely with sales and MC team for the co-brand opportunities, and evaluate the economics of the programs to ensure the right ROI. As a result, driving both the specification and identification through co-brand activities.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
?At least 5 years of working experience in sales, business development or marketing function.

?Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
