Roles and Responsibilities:
?Work together with sales, marketing and other functional teams to grow our LYCRA? fiber and specialty fibers business in S. China.

?Support fabric mills, garment makers and brands to apply our differentiated fibers in creating high valued added textile and garments products.
支持面料廠、服裝制造商和品牌將我們的差異化纖維用于創(chuàng)造高附加值的紡織品和服裝產(chǎn)品。
?Work with R&D team to conduct trade prove out tests on new products.
與研發(fā)團(tuán)隊合作，對新產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測試。
?Provide technical support to customers on issues related to knitting, Dyeing/Finish and other textile processing steps.
為客戶提供有關(guān)針織、染色/整理和其他紡織品加工步驟的技術(shù)支持。
?Provide technical training and promotion to customers on our product offerings and value propositions.
就我們的產(chǎn)品和價值主張向客戶提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和宣傳。
?Identify new growth opportunities through new customers and new applications.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
?2-5 years of working experience in knitting fabric development (WK and/or CK related).
2-5年針織面料開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗（經(jīng)編和/或緯編相關(guān)）。
?Knowledgeable on textile fabric, knitting process and the D&F process.
熟悉紡織面料、針織工藝和染整工藝。
?Strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers.
溝通能力強(qiáng)，喜歡與客戶合作。
?Self-motivated, open mind, and team player.
